বাঁ-হাতের কবজির উপর ছুরিটা বসালো তানিয়া। ঘুম আসছে খুব। এতো ঘুম তার চোখে ছিল! কোথায় ছিল? ডান হাত দিয়ে ছুরিটা ধরে আছে। সেটা ধীরে ধীরে টেনে দিচ্ছে কবজির উপরের নরম চামড়ার উপর। সরু রেখার মতো একটা দাগ হয়েছে। সেই দাগ বেয়ে লাল রক্তের রেখা দেখা যাচ্ছে।
